BROWSER EDITOR

Video Editor

A non-linear video editor that runs in your browser. Import footage, cut it on a timeline, arrange clips and audio, then export a real MP4 — without uploading your files.

This editor works best on a desktop browser

Please open it on a computer to edit and export your media.

How it works

1. Import an MP4 video (H.264 video with AAC audio works best) from your computer.

2. Drag clips onto the timeline and play them back.

3. Split and trim clips, and arrange video and audio tracks.

4. Open the Export workspace, pick your settings and download the finished MP4.

Browser support

Works in current desktop versions of Chrome, Edge and Firefox with a mouse. Playback and export use the media decoders built into your browser; rendering falls back from WebGPU to WebGL automatically. Export speed depends on your hardware.

Privacy

Editing runs entirely in your browser. Your videos are not uploaded to our servers, and no account is needed.

Good to know

Is my video uploaded to a server?

No. The editor runs in your browser. Your footage is decoded and exported locally, and the exported file is saved by your own browser.

Which formats can I import and export?

Import MP4 files with H.264 video and AAC audio. Export produces an H.264/AAC MP4 that plays in ordinary players.

How long can my video be?

Longer projects need more memory and time. For smooth editing in one browser tab, work with clips of a few minutes.

Does it work on a phone?

The editor is built for a desktop browser with a mouse. On small screens you will see a notice, and you can still try the editor in an experimental mode.
